This is pure comfort food – something my mom made us when I was really small. I could eat this literally every week – but my husband isn’t a fan – so I save it for those rare weekends when he’s away on fishing or hunting trips. I was lucky enough to have some this weekend – and my daughter made it for her and her brother at their house as well.
