I should post these on the first – but here we are – I didn’t. This is what we’ve had/are having for dinner this month. I am flexible – and some nights we just have scrambled eggs and toast – but for the most part, we’re sticking to this menu. I have menus complete through February and am working on March. I’ll likely change February up just a little bit as I see what we’ve eaten out of our freezer – but this is my general format. What’s on your menu?
